chicken breast pocketed with light ricotta cheese, semi-dried tomatoes and baby roquette, lightly grilled and served with a green peppercorn sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables

Braised Hindquarter Shank of Lamb

slow braised shank with a red wine, tomato, bay leaf and ginger demi glaze

accompanied with piped cream potatoes and mirepoix vegetables

We offer a Cakage service, we can present your birthday cake with candles and sparklers and Trevor will sing Happy Birthday, then our chef will cut and plate and serve with cream and strawberries for an extra $1.50 per person.
