Starters Yellow Piano’s Hot Bread Platters Entrees (1) Salt and Pepper Chilli Squid tender New Zealand squid lightly coated and fried with a zesty lemon & lime aioli (2) Thai Green Curry Chicken Puff pan fried breast pieces in a light Thai green curry encased within golden pastry puffs (3) Smoked Salmon Carpaccio thinly sliced smoked salmon with sea salt, cracked pepper, olive oil, baby capers and lime wedge (4) Pasta of the Day chef’s choice of sauce on Barilla fusilli, a firm yet tender pasta that holds the sauce well (5) Fresh Mixed Salad Chef’s Choice Mains (1) Grilled Beef Scotch Fillet succulent prime beef fillet lightly basted and seasoned, drizzled with a rich beef jus & fresh seasonal vegetables (2) Ricotta & Pomodoro Chicken Breast Kiev chicken breast pocketed with light ricotta cheese, semi-dried tomatoes and baby roquette, lightly grilled and served with a green peppercorn sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables (3) Braised Hindquarter Shank of Lamb slow braised shank with a red wine, tomato, bay leaf and ginger demi glaze accompanied with piped cream potatoes and mirepoix vegetables (4) Fish of the Day market availability (5) Vegetarian Meal of the Day Desserts (1) Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse in-house rich chocolate mousse tower with whipped cream and strawberries (2) Citrus Tart a light, pallet refreshing dessert with cream and fresh fruit (3) Sticky Date Pudding light and fluffy sticky date pudding masked with warm butterscotch sauce (4) Panna Cotta a light and creamy Italian style moulded pudding with a chocolate chilli chard We offer a Cakage service, we can present your birthday cake with candles and sparklers and Trevor will sing Happy Birthday, then our chef will cut & plate and serve with cream & strawberries for an extra $1.50 per person. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ $50 Per Guest for 4 Courses; includes Bread, Entrée, Main & Dessert. Deposit: A $10pp non refundable deposit and a credit card number is required to confirm booking for parites with 8 or more guests. Menu’s & Number’s: We require final guest numbers & menu choices at least 5 days before your booking Full price will be charged for any changes in guest numbers within the 48hrs of the reservation. Booking of 20 guests or less, Two variations to choosing from this menu are 1) Allow guests to pre-order, They individually choose (1) Entrée, (1) Main & (1) Dessert before the night. Please have name/place cards with guests menu choices to be placed on the table in front of them and a list with each guest and their choices. THIS IS A MUST TO ENSURE A HIGH LEVEL OF FOOD SERVICE.
